Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all original hangtags and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
